An old debate – should I make my LinkedIn profile rich with keywords and comprehensive, or short and crisp?
My thinking is:

  1. The profile should have the top keywords for the role you are projecting without unnecessary repetition.
  2. The profile should be crisp to not lose people. This is not a CV where every achievement needs to be listed.
  3. And more than anything, you have to show some personality to attract interest, and to keep it.
